KS2 TA Required, Blackpool (FY1)
Are you looking for full time work during the week? Are you passionate about supporting pupils with their learning? A school in the Blackpool area is looking for a KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their team! The successful applicant will work alongside the class teacher, delivering small intervention groups and support on a 1:1 basis when necessary.
The school is in central Blackpool and has easy access via public transport or car. The Head Teacher and Senior Leaders of the school are looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant who has had recent experience in an academic environment and a Level 3 qualification. The school is situated in an area of high social and economic deprivation. The school is looking for a person who can build strong working relationships with the children being supported, whilst being kind and compassionate.
The role is full time and will be ongoing, running for the remainder of the academic year and into the next academic year. Teaching Personnel will offer competitive rates of pay for the role, starting at a minimum of £14.25 per hour and having access to our exclusive CPD Academy with training courses to support you as a TA.
To be considered for the position of a teaching assistant with Teaching Personnel, you will:
- Be Patient, Caring and Engaging
- Have qualifications up to Level 3 or equivalent
- Be Enthusiastic about education
- Have experience in an education or healthcare setting
- Hold or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check - Child only
