Teaching Personnel are currently requiring a Secondary Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming and supportive team and help support many students. This role offers full time hours and will be looking to start in September, it is a great opportunity to support students with additional behavioural needs in classroom and social settings. The school is situated in Blackpool, close to various public transport links and there is also access to the staff car park.

Previous experience supporting children and young people with behavioural needs is essential. This role may involve dealing with challenging behaviours, so it is important to have patience and compassion. The assistant will work closely with students to provide support with implementing behaviour management strategies whilst providing an inclusive and positive learning environment. You will be responsible to implement individual behaviour plans and support students in their development.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
