About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and motivated Maths Teacher to join a successful and forward-thinking Mathematics Department. This position presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ambitious Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to begin or progress their career within a highly supportive environment.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire students, foster a genuine love of mathematics, and drive strong academic progress across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The ability to teach A-Level Maths would be advantageous but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessons across KS3–KS4
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing timely and constructive feedback
- Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and uphold strong classroom management
- Participate in departmental meetings, CPD opportunities, and whole-school initiatives
- Support the academic, social, and personal development of all learners
