An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly organised School Business Manager to join our successful and supportive school in Blackburn. Working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective financial, operational, and administrative management of the school. Alongside leading the school's business functions, you will also support the day-to-day running of the main school office, ensuring that staff, pupils, parents, and visitors receive a professional, efficient, and welcoming service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the school's finances, including budgeting, monitoring expenditure, and financial reporting.
- Oversee HR administration, recruitment, and personnel processes.
- Manage procurement, contracts, and service agreements to ensure value for money.
