We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistants to join our bank staff team, supporting a range of primary schools and nursery settings throughout Blackburn.
This is a flexible, adhoc role offering daily bookings to suit your availability. Whether you are looking for part-time employment, additional income, or flexible work around family, studies, or other commitments, this opportunity provides the freedom to choose when and where you work.
- Support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Assist in delivering engaging learning activities in line with the EYFS curriculum.
- Promote children's development through play-based learning.
- Support children's social, emotional, and educational progress.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, nursery practitioners, and school staff.
- Minimum Level 2 Early Years Qualification (essential).
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (preferred).
- Experience working within nursery or primary school EYFS settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, patient, and adaptable approach.
- Ability to work across different settings on a flexible basis.
