  • Long-term roles offering stability and consistent relationships
  • Opportunities within SEMH schools, PRUs and nurturing mainstream provisions
  • Free CPD such as: Behaviour Management, Trauma-Informed Practice, Team Teach / De-escalation, Autism & ADHD Awareness
  • Supportive placements with experienced teams
  • A consultant who understands SEMH and will place you in the right environment

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Stay calm in challenging situations
  • Understand behaviour as communication
  • Believe in restorative approaches
  • Can build positive relationships with vulnerable pupils
  • Have experience with SEMH, behaviour, SEND, youth work or alternative education
