We are currently partnering with a primary school in the Bromsgrove (B48) area to recruit a Level 3 Teaching Assistant for an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting pupils within a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The role:

  • Support the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
  • Work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis to support learning and development
  • Assist pupils with additional needs, including SEND
  • Help maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
  • Support behaviour management in line with school policies

The ideal candidate:

  • Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Has experience working within a primary school setting
  • Is confident, reliable, and has strong communication skills
  • Acts as a positive role model for pupils
  • Has a genuine passion for supporting children’s education
