We're looking for qualified teachers (QTS or PGCE) or graduate teachers looking to take the next step in your career based in Birmingham.

In this role, you’ll take the time to really get to know your pupils—their strengths, their challenges, and what helps them learn best. You’ll create lessons that are engaging, flexible, and tailored to individual needs, helping each child feel confident and capable.

You’ll work closely with teaching assistants, families, and external specialists, sharing ideas and strategies to provide consistent, meaningful support. Every day will be different, but your focus will always be the same: helping children feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.

We’re looking for someone who is not only skilled, but also kind, patient, and genuinely committed to inclusive education. You might already have experience in an SEN setting, or you may bring strong classroom experience and a real passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.
