We are seeking a dedicated, resilient, and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to support secondary-aged students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This role involves working 1:1 and in small groups with students who may display challenging behaviour, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, or difficulties engaging with learning. You will play a vital role in helping students develop emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and confidence, while supporting their access to the secondary curriculum. Working closely with the SENCO, pastoral team, behaviour leads, and teaching staff, you will provide consistent, tailored support aligned with EHCP targets and behaviour support plans.
Key Responsibilities
