Are you a confident and experienced teacher of Religious Studies? Do you want a new full time exciting role? Teaching Personnel are in collaboration with a supportive and exciting secondary school based in the B36 area of Birmingham to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated RE teacher. This position is full time and to start ASAP- they are ideally seeking someone who can commit to a long term, likely permanent role. You will be paid to scale for this role.

What are we looking for?

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Recent, relevant experience teaching RE within a UK secondary school
  • Bachelors degree in Religious Studies
  • Excellent references
  • Strong subject knowledge and well rounded awareness of the national curriculum for RE
  • Strong classroom presence and confident with classroom/behaviour management
  • Individuals who are passionate and can commit to a full time, long-term position
