Teaching Personnel is recruiting enthusiastic and resilient graduates to work within specialist schools across Birmingham, supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We are seeking individuals with a strong understanding of psychology and a genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs. Successful candidates will work as Teaching Assistants, helping pupils achieve their full potential both academically and socially.

The Role:
- Support students within classroom environments
- Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging learning activities
- Promote independence, confidence, and social inclusion
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students
- Follow school safeguarding procedures and policies at all times
Person Specification:
We're looking for candidates who:

- Have experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable but not essential)
