We are currently recruiting skilled and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across welcoming and supportive primary schools within the Birmingham B32 area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join strong school communities and support pupils in reaching their full potential.
About the Role
- Supporting pupils in 1:1, small group, and whole-class settings
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
- Providing tailored support for pupils with additional learning needs (SEND experience beneficial)
- Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and confidence in learning
- Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Requirements
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience working in a UK school setting is desirable
- Confident supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, flexible, and nurturing approach
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered with the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
