Are you passionate about supporting children to overcome behavioural challenges and thrive in a school environment? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work within a welcoming primary school in the B29 area.
The Role:
- As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support to manage their behaviour and engage positively with their learning.
- You will play a key role in promoting a safe, structured, and supportive environment that enables every child to succeed.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with behavioural needs.
- Implement behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Support pupils in developing social and emotional skills.
- Monitor and record pupil progress and behaviour.
Experience working with children, ideally within a school setting.
Relevant qualifications or training (desirable but not essential).
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
