SECONDARY ECTs – WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU! Are you qualifying as a Secondary School Teacher in Summer 2026 and looking for exciting opportunities for September? We are currently working with a variety of secondary schools across the B36 area, Birmingham, and Solihull, recruiting enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for:

  • Full-time positions

Pay Rates

  • Day‑to‑day cover: £120 – £160 per day
  • Long‑term roles: From £170 per day (paid to scale for full teaching responsibilities)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
