We are currently working with a welcoming, supportive, and well-established primary school based in Birkenhead who are seeking a Year 4 Teacher to join their team. About the Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons to a Year 4 class with some SEN needs, in line with the national curriculum.
  • Create a warm, inclusive, and child-centred learning environment that supports both academic and personal development.
  • Provide clear, accurate feedback to colleagues, external agencies, and parents to ensure each child’s progress is fully supported.
  • Work openly, honestly, and collaboratively with the wider school team.
  • Regularly assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, ensuring targets are met and identifying any areas where additional support is needed.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in KS2, ideally with previous Year 4 experience.

  • Strong communication skills, confidence, and effective behaviour management.
  • A genuine drive to make a positive difference to children’s educational journeys.
