The Role:
- Support the learning and development of nursery-aged children
- Assist with the delivery of engaging Early Years activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Support children's social, emotional and communication development
- Work closely with teachers, nursery staff and parents to support pupil progress
Requirements:
- Experience working within an Early Years setting or school nursery
- Relevant Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification desirable
- Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
- A nurturing, patient and positive approach to supporting children
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
