Responsibilities
- Support the classroom teacher in delivering creative and engaging lessons
- Work with individual students and small groups to support learning and development
- Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources
- Provide support for students with additional learning needs
- Encourage positive behaviour and promote a safe, inclusive environment
- Monitor and report on student progress and well-being
