A Secondary School in the Bognor Regis area is seeking a passionate and dedicated Behaviour Support role on a short-term basis. The school has been rated "Good" by Ofsted and is known for its ambitious culture, calm learning environment, and strong sense of community. With a highly inclusive approach to SEND within the classroom, this role would be working within the dedicated provision for additional needs, and is in a very controlled environment for students facing behavioural challenges in school. This is a short-term role to start as soon as possible, with other opportunities available to roll over to on a long-term or permanent basis.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with SEN (particularly SEMH), within an educational setting is ideal but not essential
- Excellent behaviour management skills and tactics
- Flexibility and openness, with a genuine passion for supporting young people
