Teaching Personnel is seeking a Behaviour Support Mentor in Carmarthenshire to support pupils with SEMH and ALN. The role runs during term time, from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a September 2026 start.
You will work 1:1 and in small groups to build confidence and independence. We welcome applicants with experience in sports coaching, youth work, residential childcare, support work, mental health services, emergency services, armed forces or education & behavior support.
