Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Assistant in Newcastle upon Tyne to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will provide one-to-one and small-group support, building positive relationships and promoting inclusive learning.

This role requires strong communication, resilience, and behaviour management skills. Weekly pay through PAYE, ongoing support from a consultant, and CPD training opportunities are provided.
