Teaching Personnel is seeking a enthusiastic Sports Graduate to join a welcoming secondary school in Nantgarw (CF15) as a Behaviour Mentor. The role focuses on mentoring pupils and supporting positive behaviour, engagement and personal development across KS3/KS4.
You will work closely with pastoral teams, building strong relationships, using coaching and sports background to motivate pupils and foster a positive school experience. This is a full-time, term-time only position with weekly pay.
