We are looking for a Behaviour & Academic Mentor to join a supportive school in East Bristol. This is a rewarding role supporting pupils with both behaviour and learning.
The Role
- 1:1 and small group support
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement
- Support teachers in the classroom
- Build strong relationships with pupils
- Track and report progress
You Will Have
- Experience with children/young people
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A patient, resilient approach
- Passion for supporting SEN/SEMH (desirable)
