About the Role
We are seeking a Humanities, an English and a Maths Teacher to join a specialist school from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate teachers who can inspire and engage students across a range of subjects while promoting high standards of achievement and personal development. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality lessons, create a positive learning environment, and support students in reaching their full potential. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Humanities, English and/or Maths to a small class of SEMH secondary aged students.
- Assess, monitor and report on student progress.
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all learners.
- Promote positive behaviour and high expectations.
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external agencies.
- Support the safeguarding and wellbeing of all students.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
