The Essentials

  • Location: Bedford & surrounding areas
  • Pay: £90 – £110 per day
  • Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM - Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
  • Contract: Full-Time Agency Cover with Permanent opportunities available

The Role: What you’ll be doing as an SEN LSA, you aren’t just a classroom assistant, you are a mentor and a guide. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Targeted Support: Providing 1:1 and small group intervention for students with diverse needs.
  • Overcoming Barriers: Helping pupils manage emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges.
  • Inclusive Learning: Adapting materials and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to ensure no child is left behind.
  • Collaboration: Working hand-in-hand with teachers and SENCOs to create a safe, positive environment.

  • Compliance: A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
