Are you a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Nurse who thrives in a nurturing early years environment? A highly sought-after and welcoming primary school in Bedford is looking to appoint a qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join their Early Years team after the Easter half term. This is a long-term opportunity running through to July, providing continuity and support for pupils during the summer term.
You’ll be working within a supportive EYFS setting, helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where young children can develop socially, emotionally, and academically. The school is well-regarded for its leadership, teamwork, and strong focus on early development.
Responsibilities:- Support the class teacher with daily EYFS activities and routines
- Provide high-quality care and learning support to nursery-aged children
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
- Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development
- Observe, assess, and contribute to children’s progress in line with EYFS
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or EYFS setting
