This is a full-time position offering excellent rates of pay, up to £260 per day, dependent on experience and in line with the teacher pay scale.

The Role
- Deliver engaging and high-quality History lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5).
- Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing effective feedback to support achievement.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes excellent behaviour and engagement.
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all students.
- Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development.
- Participate in parents' evenings, staff meetings, and wider school activities.
- Support students' personal, social, and academic development.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Previous experience teaching History within a secondary school setting.
