Teaching Assistant – Bridport
Teaching Personnel are currently seeking enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to work within a welcoming Year 4 class in a primary school in Bridport.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school environment, with the potential for 1:1 support opportunities for pupils with additional needs.
The role:
- Supporting pupils within a Year 4 classroom
- Working closely with the class teacher to support learning and development
- Providing targeted 1:1 support where required
- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
- Helping create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available
The ideal candidate:
- Has previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or within a school setting
- Has experience supporting children with SEN/SEND – preferred but not essential
- Is confident supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Is patient, caring, reliable and enthusiastic
- Has a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Is based in Bridport or the surrounding areas
- Is happy to commute for the right opportunity

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
