Your Responsibilities

As a Teaching Assistant or SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs
• Assist students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, anxiety and learning difficulties
• Support classroom engagement and participation
• Deliver targeted interventions and small-group learning activities
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Build strong relationships with students, teachers and families
• Support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs
• Help create an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive
• Work alongside teachers, SENCOs and safeguarding teams
• Encourage independence, resilience and confidence in young people

• Hold a degree in Psychology or a related subject
