Are you passionate about helping learners build confidence in Functional Skills English and/or Maths? Do you enjoy delivering personalised 1:1 tuition and making a real difference? TP Tutors is actively recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Functional Skills Tutors to support learners across Northumberland. You will work on a 1:1 basis, delivering tailored tuition in learners' homes or local libraries.

As a 1:1 Functional Skills Tutor, you will:
- Deliver Functional Skills English and/or Maths lessons
- Build confidence and independence through personalised learning
- Plan & Adapt teaching methods to suit individual needs and learning styles
- Create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
- Provide feedback on learner progress where required
- Experience teaching or tutoring Functional Skills English and/or Maths
- Strong understanding of safeguarding principles
- Patient, reliable, and encouraging approach
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable but not essential
- A current Enhanced DBS (on Update Service) or willingness to obtain one
- Committed to supporting learner progress
