We are currently recruiting Unqualified Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools via a teaching agency. This role offers a mix of short-term and long-term placements, providing flexible work and valuable classroom experience.

The Role:
- Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
- Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring students remain on task
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Supporting students with their learning and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Working across KS3–KS5 depending on school needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous classroom or school-based experience is a strong advantage, but not essential
- Confidence to manage a classroom and engage secondary-age students
- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional approach
- A flexible and adaptable attitude
- Experience in education, youth work, coaching, tutoring, or similar roles is welcomed
