One of Basingstokeâs most respected and popular secondary schools is seeking a knowledgeable Supply Teacher to aid in day-to-day learning! This opportunity is well suited to Early Career Teachers wishing to gain further experience, experienced teachers seeking flexible working arrangements, or educators looking to maintain their teaching practice while reducing workload.
As a supply teacher, you will be responsible for supervising pre-prepared lessons, maintaining a calm and purposeful classroom environment, and ensuring that students remain engaged in their learning. You will also be expected to follow the schoolâs behaviour and safeguarding policies, collect completed work at the end of lessons, and provide feedback to teaching staff where appropriate.
