Unqualified Primary / Secondary Teacher - Full Time
Location: Rhondda Cynon Taf
Pay: £120 per day
Are you confident in the classroom and passionate about supporting students? We're working with local schools in the RCT that are looking for a Cover Supervisor to help support their school.
Role Overview: What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons to classes across various subjects
- Supporting the learning environment while maintaining behaviour and focus
- Taking registers and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed
- Building positive relationships with students and staff
- Adapting quickly to the needs of different classrooms
What We're Looking For
- Have a good understanding of core subjects and the UK curriculum
- Are confident, adaptable, and resilient
- Possess strong classroom management skills
- Value clear communication and student wellbeing
- Are reliable and enthusiastic about working in education
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
- Two professional references covering the past two years

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
