We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Year 1 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the OL12 area from September 2026 until the end of the academic year. This is an exciting full-time opportunity within a supportive school environment where you will play a key role in helping pupils make a positive transition through Key Stage 1.
We welcome applications from both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and fully qualified teachers (QTS).
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally Year 1 (although not essential)
- Have a secure understanding of phonics and early reading development
- Be confident delivering high-quality phonics teaching and interventions
- Demonstrate excellent classroom practice and high expectations for all pupils
