Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Full Time

Location: OL13 Start Date: October 2026 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm Pay: £14.80 per hour

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in OL13 on a long-term basis, starting in October.

This is a full-time role, predominantly supporting pupils in Key Stage 1, although there will be occasions where you will be required to provide support in Key Stage 2.

The Role

Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1.

Leading phonics groups with confidence.

Planning and delivering targeted intervention sessions.

Delivering whole-class sessions when required.

Providing additional support in Key Stage 2 as needed.

The Ideal Candidate

Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

Has experience working within a UK primary school.

Has proven experience delivering whole-class lessons – this is essential.

Is confident leading phonics sessions and intervention groups.

Is proactive, adaptable, and passionate about helping children reach their full potential.
