You’ll play a vital role in helping students find their voice and build confidence through tailored support:
- Assessing students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Designing and delivering personalised therapy plans
- Using creative and engaging strategies (visual aids, games, AAC tools) to support learning
- Providing guidance and training to staff and families to ensure consistent support
- Monitoring progress and adapting interventions to maximise outcomes

- Is a qualified Speech & Language Therapist (HCPC registered or equivalent)
