The Role

- Work closely with Teaching Assistants, Therapists and Senior Leaders.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of complex learning needs.
- Contribute to EHCP targets and student progress reviews.
- Support students with life skills, independence and personal development.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous experience working within a specialist SEN school setting
- Strong understanding of Autism and learning difficulties
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues
- A patient, resilient and nurturing approach
- Comfortable supporting personal care when required
- Available to work full-time (Monday-Friday)
- Open to a long-term role with the potential to become permanent
