The Role

You’ll be teaching pupils across either Primary or Secondary age groups with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Complex Needs. No two days are the same, but every day is rewarding. You’ll be helping pupils build confidence, develop life skills and celebrate every achievement—big or small.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or holds a PGCE
  • Experienced working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Available to work 5 days per week from September
  • Happy to plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons
  • Comfortable supporting with personal care where required
  • Patient, resilient, positive and passionate about inclusive education

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
  • Support pupils to achieve their academic, social and emotional goals
  • Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists and families
  • Monitor progress and adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs
  • Support pupils with personal care when required, maintaining dignity and respect
