A fantastic Primary SEN School in Aylesbury is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their incredible team immediately. This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday) supporting children with a range of additional needs, helping them develop confidence, independence, and essential life skills in a nurturing and supportive environment.

The Role

  • Full-time position – 5 days per week
  • Immediate start available
  • Supporting primary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs
  • Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored support
  • Assisting pupils with personal care when required
  • Helping create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment

  • Previous SEN experience within a school setting OR experience in support work, care work, residential care, youth work, or similar settings
