Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and passionate staff to join our team supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across Bucks. We are currently recruiting for:

  • Teaching Assistants (TA)
  • Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA)
  • Teachers (Qualified & Unqualified)
  • School Administrators

Start Date: As soon as vetting is completed

Contract: Flexible roles – long-term, short-term, and permanent opportunities available

About the Schools & Students: You will be working in supportive, specialist SEN settings that cater for children and young people aged 5–18 with a range of additional needs, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
  • Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
  • Speech, Language and Communication needs (SLCN)
  • ADHD and associated behavioural needs
  • Sensory processing difficulties

Each school provides a nurturing, structured environment where students are supported to thrive both academically and personally. Staff work closely with therapists, behaviour specialists, and families to provide holistic support.

About You: We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are:

  • Passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN

  • (For Teachers/HLTAs) Qualified or unqualified – experience in SEN or education is desirable but not essential
