Responsibilities
- Support students with autism and other additional learning needs throughout the school day.
- Build positive and meaningful relationships that encourage confidence, independence, and engagement.
- Assist with learning activities both in and outside the classroom.
- Help students develop social, emotional, and communication skills.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and wider support staff.
