Hours: 8:30–15:30 Mon‑Fri

Role and Responsibilities:
- Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Supporting pupils’ learning and development.
- Monitoring and recording students' progress and contributing to progress reviews.
- Delivering pre-set lessons or providing classroom support across different subjects and year groups.
- Managing the classroom and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Experience and Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or experience working in a primary school setting.
- A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach to working with students.
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- A commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the school community.
- A proactive, reliable, and adaptable attitude.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
