Hours: 8:30-15:30 Mon-Fri
At Teaching Personnel, we are seeking passionate and dedicated KS1 Class Teachers in Ashford. The ideal applicant will be:
- A Qualified Teacher with QTS
- Experienced in teaching KS1 children
- Have a patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach to working with students
- Be proactive, reliable and have an adaptable attitude
- Have an enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing effective feedback and support
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
- Maintain positive behaviour management and high classroom standard
