Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and passionate staff to join our team supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across Bracknell, Wokingham, Reading, and Newbury. We are currently recruiting for:

  • Teaching Assistants (TA)
  • Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA)
  • Teachers (Qualified & Unqualified)
  • School Administrators

Start Date: As soon as vetting is completed

Contract: Flexible roles - long-term, short-term, and permanent opportunities available.

You will be working in supportive, specialist SEN settings that cater for children and young people aged 5-18 with a range of additional needs, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
  • Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
  • Speech, Language and Communication needs (SLCN)
  • ADHD and associated behavioural needs
  • Sensory processing difficulties
