✨Showcase Your Experience
Be ready to share specific examples from your past experiences working with children or young people. During the interview, focus on building a connection with the interviewer. Show your caring and patient nature by actively listening and responding thoughtfully. This is crucial for a role that involves fostering trusting relationships with pupils and families, so let your personality shine through!
✨Prepare Questions
Have a few thoughtful questions ready to ask at the end of the interview.
