Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils' learning, engagement and personal development
- Deliver planned learning activities and provide classroom support
- Undertake occasional planned and unplanned class cover when required
- Lead small groups or whole‑class activities where appropriate
- Promote positive behaviour and support pupil wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and wider support teams
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, structured and inclusive environment
- Adapt support approaches to meet individual pupil needs

Working Pattern
