The Role
- You will help deliver and support lessons within Personal Development & Health & Social Care, enabling students to build essential skills that prepare them for real-life challenges and their transition into adulthood.
- Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:
- Delivering prepared lessons with confidence and enthusiasm
- Supporting teaching across PSHE, Health & Social Care and wider personal development topics
- Creating a safe, structured and inclusive classroom
- Encouraging emotional wellbeing, resilience and positive behaviour
- Ensuring all students are engaged and supported throughout lessons
- Working collaboratively with teachers, mentors and school leaders
