We’re recruiting enthusiastic and nurturing Early Years Specialists to work in schools and Early Years settings across Ammanford. The Role
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you’ll support children aged 3–5 within nursery and reception settings, helping to create a safe, engaging and stimulating learning environment. Working alongside class teachers, you’ll encourage children’s social, emotional and educational development through play‑based learning and structured activities.

Requirements
- Experience working with children, ideally within an Early Years setting
