Role Overview As a Classroom Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students’ learning and development. Working alongside teachers and other education professionals, you will help deliver tailored support to pupils—particularly those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)—to ensure they are engaged, progressing, and achieving their full potential. Responsibilities Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with special educational needs. Assist in planning and delivering adapted learning activities that meet individual learning requirements. Support classroom behaviour management, fostering a positive and inclusive environment. Aid students during lessons and activities, promoting both academic and personal development.
