The predicted salary is between 21645 - 26455 Β£ per year.

Teaching Personnel is seeking experienced ALN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional learning needs and challenging behaviour across Rhondda Cynon Taff, Merthyr Tydfil and Caerphilly.

Roles include 1:1 and small-group support inside busy school environments.

You will work with teachers and SENCOs to implement individual strategies, help pupils regulate emotions, and promote safe, inclusive learning.
