Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs? We’re looking for adaptable, caring and confident Learning Support Assistants to join our team, providing high‑quality support across a range of local schools.
About the Role
You will work with pupils who have a variety of needs, which may include:
- SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
- SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs)
- PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties)
Your day-to-day work may involve classroom support, one‑to‑one assistance, helping students access learning, and promoting independence in a safe, nurturing environment.
We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting children or adults with SEND/SEMH/PMLD
- People who are patient, resilient and nurturing
- Someone who is open to providing personal care when required
- A flexible approach — comfortable working in different school settings
- Drivers are highly desirable due to the location of some placements
- Individuals open to cover, ad‑hoc work, or full‑time hours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
