About the Role

You will work with pupils who have a variety of needs, which may include:

  • SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
  • SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs)
  • PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties)

Your day-to-day work may involve classroom support, one‑to‑one assistance, helping students access learning, and promoting independence in a safe, nurturing environment.

We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supporting children or adults with SEND/SEMH/PMLD
  • People who are patient, resilient and nurturing
  • Someone who is open to providing personal care when required
  • A flexible approach — comfortable working in different school settings
  • Drivers are highly desirable due to the location of some placements
  • Individuals open to cover, ad‑hoc work, or full‑time hours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
